Who we are
ForkliftMatch (forkliftmatch.com) is run by Jorge Mena (ForkliftMatch), who is the data controller for this website. Questions or requests about your data: jorge@clevergrow.dev.
The short version
- No accounts, no sign-up, no forms. We don't ask for your name, email or phone.
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4 and PostHog) only load if you click Accept all in the cookie banner. If you reject, nothing loads.
- We don't sell or share your personal information, and we don't run advertising tags.
- You can change your choice at any time with the cookie icon in the bottom-left corner of every page.
What happens on every visit
These run for every visitor because the site can't work without them. They use your IP address and browser details (user agent) only to deliver the page.
- Hosting (Netlify, Inc., USA). Serves the website and keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested page, time, browser) for security and to keep the site running.
- Fonts (Google Fonts, Google Ireland Ltd.). Our fonts load from Google's servers, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page opens. No cookies are set.
- Cookie banner (Silktide Consent Manager, served by jsDelivr). The banner script loads from the jsDelivr CDN. Your choice is stored only in your browser's local storage (
stcm.consent.*,stcm.hasConsented) and never sent to us.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Analytics, only with your consent
If you accept analytics, Google Tag Manager loads these two tools. If you reject, or never choose, none of them load.

We use this only to understand which pages and tools are useful and to fix problems. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google Analytics keeps event data for the retention period set in our account; PostHog keeps it for the retention period of our project.
Changing or withdrawing consent
Click the cookie icon in the bottom-left corner of any page and switch Analytics off. The page reloads and analytics stop loading from then on. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything collected before. To also remove what's already stored, clear this site's cookies and local storage in your browser settings.
International transfers
Google and Netlify may process data in the USA. Both are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and Google also uses the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
EU / UK (GDPR): you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, ask for data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA) and other US states: you can ask what personal information we have and ask us to delete it. We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Because we don't collect names or emails, we usually can't link analytics data to you. To make a request, email jorge@clevergrow.dev.

If we add or change tools, we'll update this page and the cookie banner, and change the date at the top.
